The short version
- Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum.
- Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after your order is processed.
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Tracking: emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
- We ship within the United States only right now.
Where your order ships from
Orders are fulfilled from a warehouse located in the United States. That is why delivery takes days instead of weeks.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend start processing the next business day.
Shipping cost
Free, on every order, to every US address we ship to. The shipping cost is already included in the product price, so there is no surprise at checkout.
Tracking your order
You will get two emails from us:
- Order confirmation, right after you pay.
- Shipping confirmation with your tracking number, when the package leaves the warehouse.
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after you receive the number. That is normal and does not mean your package is stuck.
Do not see either email? Check your spam folder, then write to megatrongamer43@gmail.com with the name you ordered under.
Addresses we cannot ship to
We currently do not ship to:
- PO boxes in some areas, depending on the carrier
- APO/FPO military addresses
- Addresses outside the United States
If you order to an address we cannot deliver to, we will email you and refund the order in full.
Wrong address
Email megatrongamer43@gmail.com as soon as you notice. If the order has not shipped yet, we can fix it. Once it is with the carrier the address cannot be changed, so write to us early.
Lost, late or damaged packages
- Marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbors and your building, then write to us. We will open a case with the carrier.
- No tracking movement for 7 business days? Write to us and we will chase it.
- Arrived damaged? Send a photo of the item and the box to megatrongamer43@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it.
Multiple items
Items in the same order can ship separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment gets its own tracking number.
