How long does delivery take?
3 to 7 business days inside the US, plus 1 to 2 business days of processing before your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on every US order. The cost is already in the price, so nothing is added at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
A warehouse inside the United States.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. It can take up to 48 hours before tracking starts updating.
My tracking has not moved in days. Is my order lost?
Usually not. Carriers sometimes skip scans. If there is no movement for 7 business days, email us and we will chase it.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email megatrongamer43@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will take care of it. After that the warehouse has it.
I entered the wrong address. What now?
Write to us immediately. If it has not shipped we can fix it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot change it.
I did not get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first, then email us with the name you ordered under and we will resend it.
Can I order more than one of something?
Yes. Buy 2 of the same product and you save 15% automatically in the cart.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, including credit and debit cards processed through PayPal checkout.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No. You can pay with a card through PayPal as a guest.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal and the store runs on Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars.
Do you charge sales tax?
Tax, if any applies to your state, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Email us and we will send instructions. Full details on the Refund & Returns Policy page.
Who pays return shipping?
We do if the item is damaged, faulty or wrong. You do if you changed your mind.
How long until I get my money back?
We process the refund within 2 business days of receiving the return. PayPal or your bank can take another 3 to 10 business days.
My item arrived damaged.
Send a photo of the item and the box within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. You keep the damaged one.
Products
Do the products come with instructions?
Each one includes a quick-start card, and every product page has a "How to use it" section.
Are these safe for my pet?
Our products are everyday household items, not medical devices and not medicine. Supervise your pet the first few times they use something new, and talk to your vet about anything health related.
Which product should I start with?
Right now we have one: the Reusable Pet Hair Remover. More are on the way, and our email list hears about them first.
Do you restock sold out items?
Yes, usually within a couple of weeks. Email us and we will tell you when.

How do I get 10% off my first order?
Join our email list on the homepage and the code arrives in your welcome email.
Can I use two discount codes?
One code per order. The Buy 2 save 15% offer applies automatically and cannot be combined with another code.
