PawNest started with a couch covered in dog hair.
We are Gabhryl and Fraylin, two friends with pets and a shared opinion: most pet products are either overpriced or solve a problem nobody actually has. The things that really help are usually small, cheap and oddly hard to find.
So that is what we look for. One problem at a time.
What we pick
Every product in the store has to pass three questions:
- Does it fix something that happens every week? Hair on the sofa. A pet who swallows dinner whole. A bowl that gets ignored all day.
- Can anyone use it on day one? No manual, no app, no assembly.
- Would we keep one in our own house? If the answer is no, it does not go in the store.
That is why our catalog is short. We would rather sell a few things that work than a hundred that look good in a photo.
How shipping works
We ship from a warehouse inside the United States, so your order arrives in 3 to 7 business days and shipping is free on every US order. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.
If something goes wrong
Write to us. A real person answers, usually the same day.
You have 30 days from delivery to tell us a product is not what you expected, and we will make it right. The full details are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
